Shot-term accommodation for 1-2 people in a shared flat
Minimum: 3 nights
This is a very light room with three balconies and nice views at the forth floor.
This place is unique in its kind. The renovated flat belongs to a century old building. Colourful mosaic floors.
Exceptional location: it´s located just one minute walking to Royal Palace, Gran Vía, the Royal Theatre, Callao square, Plaza de España and three minutes to Puerta del Sol (centre of the city) and Plaza Mayor.
10 minutes walking to Chueca, La Latina neigbourhoods.
Means of transport:
Subway stations. Sto. Domingo, Plaza de España, Callao, Ópera, Sol.
And there are also many bus stations available.
Train station: Príncipe Pío. (10minutes)

1 Person: 55 EUR per night/ 350 per week. (Minimum: 3 nights)
1 couple: 70 EUR per night/ 450 per week. (Minimum: 3 nights)
The bedroom is provided with twin bed, bed clothes, a sofa, desk, wi-fi internet connection, DVD and TV.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with cooking devices and washing machine as well as the bathroom with pool,bath clothes and so on. These rooms must be shared with the two other flatmates.
Discretion and privacy, in a friendly atmosphere.
We accept only quiet, discreet people.
